Your Entries. We make numerous warranties and indemnities to third parties concerning your entries and files, as specified in the REGULATORY RULES. You agree to reimburse us for any payments we are required to make to these third parties with respect to your entries or files. You also agree to comply with all of your obligations in Article Three of the NACHA Rules (Obligations of Originators). If we are fined due to your infractions of the REGULATORY RULES, you are responsible for reimbursing us for the amount of that fine and any other associated costs related thereto. You agree not to reinitiate entries except as permitted by the REGULATORY RULES. You agree that reversing entries and reversing files must be transmitted on a timely basis as required by the REGULATORY RULES and in accordance with our instructions.

  • Your Rights If You Are Dissatisfied With Your Credit Card Purchases If you are dissatisfied with the goods or services that you have purchased with your credit card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the purchase.   • Use of Your Information 6.1 We will use the information we have about you and your use of the Services for marketing purposes. However, we will not do so if you ask us not to.

  • Employment Procedures Each academic unit shall have the right to make recommendations concerning initial employment within the corresponding unit of all persons with academic titles specified in Article IV, including a recommendation concerning whether such employment shall be with or without tenure, as appropriate. Each academic unit shall develop its own procedures and criteria for making such recommendations to Oakland, which shall initiate all offers of employment. In the case of employment of a faculty member with tenure, FRPC shall have the opportunity to make an employment recommendation to Oakland. In the case of employment of a faculty member with job security, the appropriate CAP shall have the opportunity to make an employment recommendation to Oakland. At the time of employment, Oakland shall determine the value of any prior experience for the purposes of paragraph 38b below; the faculty member shall be notified as to the valuation.
