Common use of Your Compliance with this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Your Compliance with this Agreement. During the Term, You will (a) ensure that all Users use the Service consistent with this Agreement, with the Documentation and with applicable laws; (b) be responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of Your Data, the means by which You acquired Your Data and Your use of Your Data with the Service; (c) use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Service, and notify Us promptly of any such unauthorized access or use; and (d) comply with any terms of service or similar agreements used by any Third-Party Services that you may use in connection with the Service.
