Your Commitment. 7.1 Work submitted will be wholly your own. NEC will take action against any student who intentionally passes off the work of others as their own. Where plagiarism is found to have occurred we reserve the right to issue a written warning or to withdraw support immediately, in line with our published anti-plagiarism policy and the guidelines of awarding organisations. 7.2 If your course includes an external assessment (e.g. an exam or coursework), You must follow the procedures laid down in your course materials regarding deadlines, number of prior assignments, word length and format of work. You must also keep hard copies of all the work You have produced and the assignments You have submitted. This will protect You if your work is lost in the post, or as a result of computer failure. 7.3 For GCSE, IGCSE, AS and A level courses, it is essential that You obtain the correct specification for your course code from the awarding body. NEC is not responsible for any changes made to a specification by an awarding body. It is your responsibility to check the specification regularly for updates. 7.4 If your course includes an NEA (non-examination assessment), for example, A level English Literature, English Language and History), NEC will have to make your exam entry. However if You choose not to use NEC’s partnership exam centres, NEC may advise You on booking exams but You are responsible for making your exam entry, checking you are entered for the correct exam and for all costs associated with that. 7.5 If You take an examination at a centre other than an NEC partnership exam centre, You will advise NEC of your results.
Your Commitment. (a) You warrant that all information provided by you in your application is complete and correct and is not misleading, and agree that we may rely on that information unless and until we receive written notice of any change signed by you or through a facility provided by us. Any such varied information will be covered by this warranty. (b) You warrant, if you are a company, that Moomoo AU is able to rely on the Australian Securities and Investments Commission company search of you as being up to date and correct at all times. (c) You agree to notify us either in writing or through a facility provided by us of changes in information that are relevant to any dealing or proposed dealing. (d) If you are a trustee: (i) you warrant that you have properly exercised your powers in entering in to this agreement; (ii) you warrant that you have full power and authority and have obtained all necessary consents to enter into these arrangements; (iii) you warrant that you have full power and authority to exercise the rights and perform the obligations under these arrangements; (iv) you warrant that all instructions are binding on you and are authorised on a continuing basis; and (v) you undertake to cooperate with the Futu Group to provide information about the trust and members of the trust as required by any relevant law. (e) You warrant to provide any KYC Documents to allow the Futu Group to comply with the AML/CTF Act at any time. You acknowledge that failure to provide the necessary documentation means that we may not be able to provide you with any services or may have to cease the provision of services. We will not be liable for any losses caused by our compliance with the AML/KYC Act. (f) You undertake not to reveal any access code, number or password for your account, not to otherwise allow or cause any unauthorised person to access, or to facilitate any unauthorised person accessing your account via any device app of ours and not to allow any unauthorised person to issue instructions on your account. You are truly committed to change and agree to take responsibility for your life, choices and actions.
Your Commitment. It is your responsibility to: (a) Ensure your nominated account can accept direct debits. (b) Ensure there are sufficient funds available in the nominated account to meet each drawing. (c) Advise us if the nominated account is transferred or closed, or the account details change. (d) Arrange an alternative payment method acceptable to Mango Mobile if Mango Mobile cancels the drawing arrangements. (e) Ensure that all account holders on the nominated financial institution account sign the Direct Debit Authorisation.
Your Commitment to attend sessions at the mutually agreed time and place, to provide at least 48 hours notice when requesting a change or cancellation, to pay for the session in full according to the payment options outlined in the ‘Fees’ section of the Therapy Agreement, to provide GP contact details and a personal contact in the event of an emergency, and to discuss with the therapist when you are ready to end the therapeutic relationship.
Your Commitment. Before you agree to volunteer, carefully consider the commitment you are making. The work volunteers do is important. Whether they work in the classroom, front office, media center or health office, the staff and students quickly become dependent upon volunteer assistance. Don’t promise to volunteer more time than you will be able to follow through with. It’s better to start out with a few hours a week and gradually increase if you find you have the additional time.

Your Commitment. As part of your commitment to the State Pathway Program, the following will be demonstrated: ✓ Follow the AusTriathlon (AusTri) ‘Athlete’s Code of Conduct’ & ‘Code of Behaviour’ listed here Code of conduct ✓ Represent the values of AusTri, and not bring the brand into disrepute. ✓ Complete the following Sport Integrity Australia e-learning courses. o Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction o Anti-Doping Fundamentals Course (formerly Level 1) o Annual Update 2024 o Competition Manipulation and Sports Gambling o National Integrity Framework o Introduction to Illicit Drugs in sports ✓ Make yourself available to AusTri for community engagement activities, including, but not limited to, photos and videos, provided adequate notice has been given, and there is no unreasonable cost involved. ✓ Follow the social media guidelines listed here Social-Media-Guidelines Endeavour to promote AusTri and share their triathlon experience with AusTri, through tagging @austriathlon.
