Your actions. Where you consist of more than one party, an act or omission of one party will be regarded as an act or omission of all.
Your actions. (a) If we decide not to take action in relation to the matters referred to in clause 6.2, you may, at your expense, take action so long as you first obtain our written consent.
(b) You must not compromise or settle any action without first obtaining our written consent.
Your actions. Upon any termination of the Card Service or this Agreement, you shall: (a) promptly pay to us all sums due or to become due under this Agreement; (b) have no further right to make use of the Card Service, Account, or any Card; and, (c) surrender to us or destroy all Cards that have been issued to you or to any Cardholder.
