Yield Distribution Dates. Yield accrued on each Advance (including any previously accrued and unpaid Yield) and Undrawn Fee (as applicable) shall be payable, without duplication: (a) on the Facility Termination Date; (b) on the date of any payment or prepayment, in whole or in part, of principal outstanding on such Advance; and (c) on each Distribution Date.
