Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to Covad (including Customers utilizing Covad-assigned telephone numbers and Covad Customers utilizing LTNP) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to Covad Customers on the same basis as they are offered to BA Customers.
Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to Level 3 (including Customers utilizing Level 3-assigned telephone numbers and Level 3 Customers utilizing Number Portability) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to Level 3 Customers on the same basis as they are offered to BA Customers.
Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to ANTC (including Customers utilizing ANTC-assigned telephone numbers and ANTC Customers utilizing LTNP) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to ANTC Customers on the same rates, terms and conditions as they are offered to BA Customers.
Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to MFN (including Customers utilizing MFN-assigned telephone numbers and MFN Customers utilizing Number Portability) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to MFN Customers on the same basis as they are offered to BA Customers.
Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to NorthPoint (including Customers utilizing NorthPoint-assigned telephone numbers and NorthPoint Customers utilizing Number Portability) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to NorthPoint Customers on the same basis as they are offered to BA Customers.
Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to Compass (including Customers utilizing Compass‑assigned telephone numbers and Compass Customers utilizing Number Portability) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to Compass Customers on the same basis as they are offered to BA Customers.
Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to TCG (including Customers utilizing TCG-assigned telephone numbers and TCG Customers utilizing LTNP) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to TCG Customers on the same basis as they are offered to BA Customers.
Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to ICI (including Customers utilizing ICI-assigned telephone numbers and ICI Customers utilizing LTNP) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer or cause to be offered Yellow Pages services to ICI Customers on the same basis as they are offered to BA Customers.
Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to AT&T Broadband (including Customers utilizing AT&T Broadband-assigned telephone numbers and AT&T Broadband Customers utilizing Number Portability) are maintained without interruption. Verizon will offer Yellow Pages services to AT&T Broadband Customers on the same basis as they are offered to Verizon Customers.
Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to USWest (including Customers utilizing USWest‑assigned telephone numbers and USWest Customers utilizing Number Portability) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to USWest Customers on the same basis as they are offered to BA Customers.
