Years Continuous Service. Any Employees who are on the payroll of the Company on the first day of January and have been employed for at least twenty (20) consecutive years, shall receive up to two hundred (200) hours of vacation with vacation pay. Example: Person with twenty (20) years seniority who had 2,080 paid hours in 2013 would receive 200 hours of vacation on January 1, 2014.
