Common use of Years Continuous Service Clause in Contracts

Years Continuous Service. 1. Any member of the bargaining unit having completed fifteen (15) continuous years of service to the District or its predecessors shall be able to receive payment for fifty (50) of their accumulated sick leave days as of the date of retirement or death.

Years Continuous Service. 1. Any member of the bargaining unit having completed fifteen eleven (1511) continuous years of service to the District or its predecessors shall be able to receive payment for fifty thirty (5030) of their accumulated sick leave days as of the date of retirement or death.
