Year-End Financials. as soon as practicable and in any event within five days after it files them with the SEC (to the extent applicable), or if the Company is not required to file such statements with the SEC, within 90 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Company, the audited consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its consolidated Subsidiaries, as at the end of such year, and the related consolidated statements of income, shareholders’ equity and cash flows of the Company and its consolidated Subsidiaries for such fiscal year, (i) accompanied by a report thereon of independent certified public accountants selected by the Company, which report shall state that the examination by such accountants in connection with such financial statements has been made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards without any limitations being imposed on the scope of such examination and (ii) certified by the chief financial officer of the Company that they fairly present the financial position and results of operations of the Company and its consolidated Subsidiaries, as at the dates and for the periods indicated, as appropriate;
