YEAR COVERAGE Sample Clauses
YEAR COVERAGE. This Limited Warranty commences on the date of settlement, or the date of Owner's occupancy, whichever first occurs, and continues for a period of one (1) year. This Limited Warranty is in effect only if Contractor is in receipt of entire sales price and/or all monies due to Contractor. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Contractor, this Limited Warranty will expire at the end of the one year warranty period.
YEAR COVERAGE. This warranty is for a period of 5 years from date of release to the original purchaser. It covers the roof bows, side and front wall posts, top and bottom rails, rear frame and body substructure, mounting hardware, and plate metal swing panel door corrosion.
YEAR COVERAGE. This warranty is for a period of 3 years from date of delivery to the original end user. It covers the main structural components of the body. Included in this coverage are the roof structure, side and front wall structure, rear frame and body substructure.

It covers flooring*, electrical installation, swing panel door hardware, paint, side panels and roof material, corrosion, sealant, interior lining, fasteners and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ aluminum walkramps. *EXCEPTION: Warranty coverage for gaps, gouges, cracks and/or splits in PINE WOOD FLOORING is 90 days.
YEAR COVERAGE. This warranty is for a period of 1 year from date of delivery to the original end user. It covers all equipment and options manufactured or supplied by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, subject to the exclusions as outlined herein. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and/or the supplier reserve the right to request the return of failed parts.

Paint finishing on steel bumpers and roll-up doors is limited under this warranty for a period of 1 year from date of delivery to the original end user. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ reserves the right to request two (2) written estimates for all paint repairs.
