Common use of Year 2000 Program Clause in Contracts

Year 2000 Program. The Borrower will take and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to take all such actions as are reasonably necessary to successfully implement the Year 2000 Program and to assure that Year 2000 Issues will not have a Material Adverse Effect. At the request of the Documentation Agent or any Lender, the Borrower will provide a description of the Year 2000 Program, together with any updates or progress reports with respect thereto.
