Year 2000 Issues. The Company shall, and shall cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to, take all actions reasonably necessary to address the Year 2000 Issues so that any such Year 2000 Issues will not have a Material Adverse Effect. The Company shall provide the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders information regarding the Company's and its Subsidiaries' program to address Year 2000 Issues. The Company shall advise the Administrative Agent if any Year 2000 Issues will have or would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
