Common use of Year 2000 Compatibility Clause in Contracts

Year 2000 Compatibility. The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, take all action necessary to ensure that its material (whether individually or in the aggregate) computer-based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the Agent or the Required Lenders, the Borrower will provide reasonable assurance of its Year 2000 compatibility.

Year 2000 Compatibility. The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, use commercially reasonable efforts to take all action necessary to ensure that its material (whether individually or in the aggregate) computer-based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the Agent or the Required Lenders, the Borrower will provide reasonable assurance of its Year 2000 compatibility.

Year 2000 Compatibility. The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to, take all action necessary to ensure that its material (whether individually or in the aggregate) computer-based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the Agent or the Required Lenders, the Borrower will provide reasonable assurance of its Year 2000 compatibility.

At , and at the reasonable request of the Agent or the Required Lenders, Lenders provide evidence to the Borrower will provide reasonable assurance Lenders of its Year such year 2000 compatibility.

At the request of the Agent or the Required LendersLender, the each Borrower will provide reasonable assurance of its Year 2000 compatibility.
