Yachts Clause Samples
The 'Yachts' clause defines the terms and conditions specifically related to the use, ownership, or chartering of yachts within the agreement. It typically outlines responsibilities such as maintenance, insurance, permitted uses, and any restrictions on modifications or subleasing of the yacht. By clearly setting out these provisions, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that both parties understand their obligations and rights regarding the yacht, thereby promoting smooth operation and risk management.
