XxxXxxxx Principles. A. In accordance with and to the extent required by Admin. Code § 6-115.1, the Contractor stipulates that the Contractor and any individual or legal entity in which the Contractor holds a ten percent (10%) or greater ownership interest and any individual or legal entity that holds a ten percent (10%) or greater ownership interest in the Contractor either (a) have no business operations in Northern Ireland, or (b) shall take lawful steps in good faith to conduct any business operations they have in Northern Ireland in accordance with the XxxXxxxx Principles, and shall permit independent monitoring of their compliance with such principles.
XxxXxxxx Principles. The City urges companies doing business in Northern Ireland to move toward resolving employment inequities and encourages them to abide by the XxxXxxxx Principles as expressed in San Francisco Administrative Code Section 12F.1

XxxXxxxx Principles. The contractor shall comply with the XxxXxxxx principles of nondiscrimination in employment and have no business operations in Northern Ireland as set forth in N.J.S.A. 52:34-12.2.
XxxXxxxx Principles. In accordance with Section 17-104 of The Philadelphia Code, WP by execution of this Management Agreement certifies and represents that unless WP has implemented the fair employment principles embodied in the XxxXxxxx Principles, (a) WP (including any parent company, subsidiary, exclusive distributor or company affiliated with WP) does not have, and will not have at any time during the term of this Management Agreement (including any extensions thereof), any investments, licenses, franchises, management agreements or operations in Northern Ireland and (b) no product to be provided to the City under this Management Agreement will originate in Northern Ireland. In the performance of this Management Agreement, WP agrees that it will not utilize any suppliers, subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier (y) who have (or whose parent, subsidiary, exclusive distributor or company affiliate have) any investments, licenses, franchises, management agreements or operations in Northern Ireland or (z) who will provide products originating in Northern Ireland unless said supplier, subconsultant or subcontractor has implemented the fair employment principles embodied in the XxxXxxxx Principles. WP further agrees to include the provisions of this Section 9.4, with appropriate adjustments for the identity of the parties, in all subcontracts and supply agreements which are entered into in connection with the performance of this Management Agreement. WP agrees to cooperate with the City’s Director of Finance in any manner which the said Director deems reasonable and necessary to carry out the Director’s responsibilities under Section 17-104 of The Philadelphia Code.
XxxXxxxx Principles. The Consultant stipulates and agrees to comply with the XxxXxxxx Principles.
XxxXxxxx Principles. (a) In accordance with Section 17-104 of the Philadelphia Code, PCVB by execution of this Agreement certifies and represents that (i) PCVB (including any parent company, subsidiary, exclusive distributor or company affiliated with PCVB) does not have, and will not have at any time during the Term of this Agreement (including any extensions thereof), any investments, licenses, franchises, management agreements or operations in Northern Ireland and (ii) no product to be provided to the City under this Agreement will originate in Northern Ireland, unless PCVB has implemented the fair employment principles embodied in the XxxXxxxx Principles.

Consultant certifies and represents that, to the best of its knowledge, (a) Consultant (including any affiliates under its direct control) does not have, and will not have at anytime during the term of any contract with PGW (including any extension or renewal thereof), any investments, licenses, franchises, management agreements or operations in Northern Ireland and (b) no product to be provided under any contract with PGW will originate in Northern Ireland, unless Consultant has implemented the fair employment principles embodied in the XxxXxxxx Principles. In the performance of any contract with PGW, Consultant covenants that it will not utilize any suppliers, subcontractors at any tier (a) who have (or whose parent, subsidiary, exclusive distributor or affiliates have) any investments, licenses, franchises, management agreements or operations in Northern Ireland or (b) who will provide products originating in Northern Ireland unless said supplier or subcontractor has implemented the fair employment principles embodied in the XxxXxxxx Principles. Consultant further covenants to include the provisions of this paragraph, with appropriate adjustments for the identity of the parties, in all subcontracts and supply agreements which are entered into in connection with the performance of any contract with PGW. Consultant covenants that it will cooperate with PGW and City's Director of Finance in any manner which PGW and the said Director deem reasonable and necessary to carry out PGW's and the Director's responsibilities under Section 17-104 of the Philadelphia Code which embodies the requirements set forth in this section. Consultant understands and agrees that any false certification or representation in connection with this section and any failure to comply with the provisions of this section shall constitute a material breach of any contract with PGW entitling PGW to all rights and remedies provided therein or otherwise available in law (including, but not limited to, Section 17-104 of the Philadelphia Code) or equity. In addition, Consultant understands that false certification or representation in connection with this section is subject to prosecution under Title 18 Pa.C.S.A. Section 4904.
