Common use of XXXXXX AGREED Clause in Contracts

XXXXXX AGREED. 1 The Warrantor warrants to the Principal that the Warranted Works are as required in the Contract. If not otherwise specified the works shall be in accordance with good trade practice. 2 This warranty shall be in addition to and shall not derogate from any manufacturer’s warranty or any warranty implied by law or the Defects Notification Period in the Contract, attaching to any part of the Warranted Works.
