Common use of Xxxxxx Account Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxx Account. A current Symantec Norton Account (“Norton Account”) may be required to access and use the Software and Services. In such case, if You do not have a Norton Account, You must complete the applicable registration process to create a Norton Account in order to use the Software and Services. A Norton Account may not be required if You obtained the rights to use the Software and Services from a Service Provider who requires You to have a different user account (“SP User Account”) to access and use the Software and Services. Please refer to the applicable transaction documentation with Your Service Provider to determine whether a Norton Account or a SP User Account is required to access and use the Software and Services. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Norton Account or SP User Account password. Additionally, if You transfer all of Your rights in the Software and Services pursuant to this Agreement, You must also relinquish Your access to, or management of, the license key of the transferred Software and Services from Your Norton Account.
