Common use of XXXX HOUSE Clause in Contracts

XXXX HOUSE. 11.1.For the purposes of Part 3 of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 the Tenant/s agree that open house inspections for prospective Tenant/s upon the giving of no less than twenty-four (24) hours notice is permitted on the condition that the Tenant/s has given a notice of intention to leave or the Lessor/s has served the Tenant/s with a notice to leave at the end of the Tenancy or holding over following expiration of the Tenancy for any reason.
