Common use of XXXX Events Clause in Contracts

XXXX Events. Prior to the occurrence of a XXXX Event, the Borrowers shall provide (and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide as promptly as reasonably possible prior to such XXXX Event) to the Administrative Agent (and authorize the Administrative Agent to provide to the Lenders) the following documents in respect of any Mortgaged Property: (a) a completed flood hazard determination from a third party vendor; (b) if such real property is located in a “special flood hazard area”, (i) a notification to the applicable Loan Parties of that fact and (if applicable) notification to the applicable Loan Parties that flood insurance coverage is not available and (ii) evidence of the receipt by the applicable Loan Parties of such notice; (c) if required by Flood Insurance Laws, evidence of required flood insurance and (d) any other customary documentation that may be reasonably requested by Administrative Agent.

Prior to the occurrence of a XXXX Event, the Borrowers Borrower shall provide (and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide as promptly as reasonably possible prior to such XXXX Event) to the Administrative Collateral Agent (and authorize the Administrative Agent to provide to the Lenders) the following documents in respect of any Mortgaged Property: (a) a completed flood hazard determination from a third party vendor; (b) if such improved real property is located in a “special flood hazard area”, (i) a notification to the applicable Loan Parties of that fact and (if applicable) notification to the applicable Loan Parties that flood insurance coverage is not available and (ii) evidence of the receipt by the applicable Loan Parties of such notice; (c) if required by Flood Insurance Laws, evidence of required flood insurance and (d) any other customary documentation that may be reasonably requested by Administrative the Collateral Agent.
