Common use of Xxxx Contributions Account Clause in Contracts

Xxxx Contributions Account. A Xxxx Contributions Account will be maintained on behalf of each Accountholder who elects to make Xxxx Contributions (including those made as Catch-Up Contributions), Xxxx Conversions under Section 5.9, or transfers or rollovers from a qualified Xxxx contribution program under Code §402A(b) or who succeeds to any such amounts. The Administrator will maintain a record of the Participant’s investment in the contract, i.e., the original contributions or conversions unadjusted for gains or losses, that have not yet been distributed.
