XXXERANCE. If any provision of this Agreement xx xxxx xx xx xnvalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then: (a) such provision will be deemed amended to conform to applicable laws of such jurisdiction so as to be valid and enforceable, or, if it cannot be so amended without materially altering the intention of the Parties, it will be stricken; (b) the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

XXXERANCE. Largey's separation from the Company as of May 10, 2002 (the "Separaxxxx Xxxe") is hereby confirmed. Spectranetics will pay Largey severance equal to $290,000 (the "Severance"). The Severance xxxxx be payable in equal installments over the 12 months following the Separation Date in accordance with the Company's normal payroll practices; provided, however, (i) no payment will be made until after the Effective Date; (ii) the initial payment after the Effective date will "catch" up for all payments otherwise due Largey from the Separation Date and (iii) all payments of Severance xxxxx be subject to offset by the Premium Repayment and the Reimbursement pursuant to Sections 1.4 and 2 below.
XXXERANCE. Samek's separation from the Company as of May 10, 2002 (the "Separatxxx Xxxe") is hereby confirmed. Spectranetics will pay Samek severance equal to $183,000 (the "Severance").   • Supervisors Working (a) The work of Supervisors will not include assignment to work normally performed by employees of the bargaining unit except for training or demonstration. “Training or demonstration” shall not be used as a subterfuge for the performing of any bargaining unit work. Any claimed abuses will be referred to the Grievance Procedure. Where possible, the shop xxxxxxx will be notified. Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit work until after all rea- sonable efforts have been exhausted to have the work covered.

  • XXXXEAS Employer is engaged in the telephone and telecommunication installation and service, and manufacture sale and installation of highway signs and traffic control products.

  • XXXREAS the Trust is registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, (the "1940 Act") as an open-end, series management investment company; and

  • Working Xxxxxxx An employee who is in charge of a crew not more than five men including himself, engaged in line clearance work. (In the application of Article X, the Company need not consider the application for promotion to this classification from any employee having less than one year of experience in the Climber classification.)

  • Sick Leave Use Sick leave will be charged in one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour increments and may be used for the following reasons:

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Safety Footwear Allowance Effective 1/1/07, the Contra Costa Community College District will provide an initial two pairs of safety/protective work boots or shoes for employees in the following classifications: Building Maintenance Worker, Equipment Maintenance Worker, Senior Equipment Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Mechanic, Lead Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Assistant, Ground Worker / Gardener I, II, Senior or Lead, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, and all other mutually agreed upon classifications required to wear safety; protective shoes per OSHA/ASTM standards.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.

  • Normal Working Hours Prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00

  • Virus Management Transfer Agent shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within the Transfer Agent environment.
