Common use of Xxle Clause in Contracts

Xxle. For value received, the Seller hereby conveys to the Purchaser, without recourse, all right, title and interest in and to the Mortgage Loans identified on Exhibit 1 (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule") to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2007 (the "Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement"), between the Seller and the Purchaser and all of the following property:

Xxle. For value received, the Seller hereby conveys to the Purchaser, without recourse, all right, title and interest in and to the Mortgage Loans identified on Exhibit 1 (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule") to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, dated as of May August 1, 2007 (the "Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement"), between the Seller and the Purchaser and all of the following property:

For value received, the Seller hereby conveys to the Purchaser, without recourse, all right, title and interest in and to the Mortgage Loans identified on Exhibit 1 (other than the servicing rights thereto) (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule") to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2007 (the "Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement"), between the Seller and the Purchaser and all of the following property:

Xxle. For value received, the Seller hereby conveys to the Purchaser, without recourse, all right, title and interest in and to the Mortgage Loans identified on Exhibit 1 (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule") to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, dated as of May November 1, 2007 (the "Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement"), between the Seller and the Purchaser and all of the following property:
