Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Schedule 1 of the Authorized Participant Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Annex II and the main body of the Authorized Participant Agreement with respect to the placing of Purchase Orders and Redemption Orders, the terms of this Annex II shall control.
