Wyoming Only. At the time of any dispute, the parties hereto may agree to resolve their difference by arbitration in a separate written agreement. Any lawsuit or arbitration proceeding shall be conducted within the county in the State of Wyoming where You reside or where the events giving rise to the dispute occurred.
