Common use of WWW Clause in Contracts

WWW. Tropicana Stations, Inc. and SCI to assign to the Land Loan Borrower, respectively, (i) all of the assets of Tropicana Station, Inc., including without limitation, its leasehold interest in the “Wild Wild West Assemblage”, all fee purchase options under the related ground lease, and all working capital and other operating assets and (ii) all of SCI’s options to acquire fee title from the Tiberti Company to real property contiguous to the Wild Wild West Assemblage.
