WTO Clause Samples
The WTO clause establishes that the terms of a contract or agreement will be governed by the rules and principles set forth by the World Trade Organization. In practice, this means that the parties agree to conduct their trade or resolve disputes in accordance with WTO regulations, such as those concerning tariffs, non-discrimination, and fair trade practices.
