WTC Sample Clauses

WTC. Provided no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing or would occur as a result of the following transaction, WTC may consolidate or merge with NWE Cyprus or transfer all or substantially all of its assets to NWE Cyprus in connection with a winding-up or liquidation of WTC.
