W.S. Clause - The "Manual for Job Description, Classification and Wage Administration of Clerical and Technical Jobs" dated February 8,1990, (hereinafter referred to as the "Clerical Manual"), is incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix "A", and its provisions shall apply as if set forth in full herein. 19.02 Each employee's job shall be described and classified and a rate of pay applied to such Employee in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. 19.03 Except as otherwise provided, no basis shall exist for an Employee covered by this Agreement to allege that a salary inequity exists and no grievance on behalf of an employee alleging a salary rate inequity shall be filed or processed during the term of this Agreement.
