Common use of Written Integration Clause in Contracts

Written Integration. All negotiations, considerations, representations and understanding between the parties hereto are incorporated herein, and this Lease may be modified or altered only by agreement in writing signed by the party to be bound. In the event of any inconsistencies between this Lease and the Project Agreement, this Lease shall be the controlling document.
