Written Communications Regarding Environmental Claims, Releases, Etc. As soon as practicable following the sending or receipt thereof by any member of the Borrower Group, a copy of any and all written communications with respect to (a) any Environmental Claims relating to or affecting the sites or operations of any member of the Borrower Group that, individually or in the aggregate, have a reasonable possibility of giving rise to a Material Adverse Effect, (b) any Release relating to or affecting the sites or operations of any member of the Borrower Group required to be reported to any federal, state or local governmental or regulatory agency, and (c) any request for information from any governmental agency that suggests such agency is investigating whether any member of the Borrower Group may be potentially responsible for any Hazardous Materials Activity;
