Written Acknowledgement. The Requesting Party/Agency shall respond to the written acknowledgment by executing Part 3 of the REQ-A form shown in Appendix A and returning a copy to the Assisting Party by the quickest, most practical means. Additionally, the Requesting Party/Agency must maintain a copy for its files.
