WRF Clause Samples

WRF. Provided that WRF has received the full Contributions required from Utility, WRF will pay Utility the compensation, if any, as described in Exhibit A. WRF will also manage and oversee disbursement of funds and Contributions, to the extent delivered directly to WRF, to the Researcher, and delivery to Utility of the Final Report accepted by WRF.

WRF. Provided that WRF has received the full Co-Funding from each Co-Funder and from its own funding sources by no later than the Effective Date, WRF will disburse the Project Funds to Researcher as detailed in this TRFA and Exhibit C.

WRF. If WRF has received the full Co-funder funding from each of the Co-funder(s) by following the Effective Date, WRF will disburse the Project Funds to the Sub-recipient as detailed in this MFRA and Exhibit C. WRF’s disbursement of the Project Funds shall be subject to WRF first having received full corresponding payment from all the Co-funder, and may further be subject to WRF’s receipt of its own funding from appropriate sources. In no event, shall WRF be required to disburse the Co-funder funding if WRF itself has not received same from Co-funder(s).
