Wrap Around Services. Those Medicaid services which either exceed coverage limitations the Contractor is required by this Contract to provide or, the Contractor is not obligated to provide coverage for under this Contract. Wrap Around Benefits are services reimbursable under the Medicaid fee-for-service and must be billed directly to the Department’s fiscal agent by the Provider. Wrap Around Benefits include, but are not limited to, EPSDT Extraordinary Home Health Services, medical transportation, and private duty nursing.
Wrap Around Services. The Dundas Street Shelter will carry out an assessment of each occupant on intake to connect and refer occupants directly to a variety of services as appropriate for their needs. Some of these services will be available and offered directly onsite, while others will be more appropriately provided virtually or offsite. The services which will be available to Shelter Occupants will include, but may not be limited to:
i. Income Support Programs;
