Workshop Trainees Sample Clauses

Workshop Trainees. Trainees recruited specifically for the workshop area will be covered by the terms and conditions for Traineeship as per the Metal & Engineering Industry (Traineeship Provisions) State Award which was ratified before the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW on the 25 August 1993. The permanent employment of trainees will commence at the date of recruitment, and their period of service will rank equally with all other employees.
