Common use of WORKLOAD STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

WORKLOAD STANDARDS. 22 1. One (1) DSH shall be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct Client service. 23 2. CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of eleven thousand eight hundred fifty-nine 24 (11,859) billable hours of mental health, targeted case management, and/or crisis intervention services as 25 identified in the Services Paragraph of this Exhibit A to the Contract. 26 3. CONTRACTOR shall have the option to make arrangements to use COUNTY psychiatry 27 for medication support services based upon approval by ADMINISTRATOR. CONTRACTOR may 28 also have the option to provide medication support services through subcontracted psychiatry. 29 4. CONTRACTOR shall provide, at a minimum, an average of one hundred (100) DSH per 30 month per FTE, or agreed upon productivity levels which shall include mental health, case 31 management, crisis intervention, and other support services and is inclusive of both billable and non- 32 billable services.
