This Exhibit is attached to and made a part of the Amendment by and between TX- NORTHBOROUGH TOWER LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, an Illinois limited partnership (“Landlord”), and NOBLE ENERGY, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”) for space in the Building located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of ▇▇▇▇▇▇, State of Texas, commonly known as Northborough Tower (the “Building”).
