WORKLETTER. The terms and provisions concerning the construction of and performance of the initial improvements, betterments and other work required to prepare the Premises for Tenant’s initial occupancy of the Premises are set forth in the Workletter annexed hereto as Exhibit D (the “Workletter”), which Workletter is hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
