Working Rate Clause Samples

Working Rate. Where the Working Rate is chargeable by Terrex pursuant to the terms of this Agreement the Working Rate is a Charge payable by the Client pursuant to the terms of this Agreement based on the definition set out in the table below (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Working Rate. Working rate as used in this Agreement shall be the employee’s base rate plus other applicable payments, if any, as provided in this Agreement.

Working Rate. The relevant Working Rate shall apply at such times as the Plant/Equipment is fully operational as required by this Agreement and the Plant/Equipment is being operated as directed and to the satisfaction of Watpac, as agreed or determined in accordance with clause 20. The relevant Working Rate will only be paid based on SMU Hours and will not be paid in respect of any period of Breakdown. If supplied under Wet Hire the Supplier must ensure that the relevant Plant/Equipment is turned off during any non- working time, including but not limited to Site meetings, meal and rest breaks.

Working Rate. The Employee will work at one hundred percent (100%) of full time.
