Working language. The working language of the partnership shall be English. 1. Any official internal document of the project and all communication to the MA/JS shall be made available in English, being the official language of the Interreg CE Programme. 2. The present agreement is concluded in English. In case of translation of the present agreement into another language, the English version shall be the binding one.
