Working Facilities; Location. The Executive shall be furnished with facilities and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties under this Agreement. The principal place of performance by the Executive of his duties hereunder shall be in New York City, New York, or at such other location as he may reasonably be required to travel in the performance of his responsibilities. In support of its evolving business plan, the Company may elect to establish additional domestic and international offices.

The Employee’s principal office shall be located in the area selected by the Company; provided, however, the Employee agrees to do such traveling as is required to carry out Employee’s duties hereunder. The Employee shall not be transferred from the Company’s Dallas, Texas Operations on a permanent basis (longer than thirty (30) days) without the Employee’s written consent.
