The work will be completed so as to allow initial training sessions to be scheduled in the Spring 2016 Semester.  Faculty hiring – study career paths in the lecturer job category and also clinical and practice hiring lines.  Faculty Composition – study best practices regarding faculty composition, including full-time and part- time.

Appendix N – Instructors Hired Prior to 2010 MOU This Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the University of Maine System and all of its campuses, locations, sites, centers, and affiliated entities (collectively “UMS”) and the Associated Faculties of the Universities of Maine (AFUM) (hereinafter the “Union”), collectively (“the Parties”).
Workgroups. It is anticipated that the Authority will form multiple workgroups to address specific aspects of the Conveyance Project and the Parties activities under this Agreement. To facilitate coordination and oversight, the Authority shall advise DWR upon the formation of any such workgroup. Workgroups. (i) Within ten days after the Amendment Effective Date, the Parties shall jointly establish a workgroup to oversee and confirm seamless cooperation for the provision of end-to-end integrated eligibility services.

  • Working Groups From time to time, a Joint Committee may establish and delegate duties to sub-committees or directed teams (each, a “Working Group”) on an “as-needed” basis to oversee particular projects or activities (e.g., joint project team, joint finance group, or joint intellectual property group). Each such Working Group shall be constituted and shall operate as the Joint Committee determines; provided, that each Working Group shall have equal representation from each Party, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Working Groups may be established on an ad hoc basis for purposes of a specific project or on such other basis as the Joint Committee may determine. Each Working Group and its activities shall be subject to the oversight, review and approval of, and shall report to, the Joint Committee that formed said Working Group. In no event shall the authority of the Working Group exceed that specified for the Joint Committee that formed the Working Group. All decisions of a Working Group shall be by unanimous agreement. Any disagreement between the designees of AbbVie and Ablynx on a Working Group shall be referred to the Joint Committee that formed the Working Group for resolution.

  • Target Population The Grantee shall ensure that diversion programs and services provided under this grant are designed to serve juvenile offenders who are at risk of commitment to Department.

  • Metrics The DISTRICT and PARTNER will partake in monthly coordination meetings at mutually agreed upon times and dates to discuss the progress of the program Scope of Work. DISTRICT and PARTNER will also mutually establish criteria and process for ongoing program assessment/evaluation such as, but not limited to the DISTRICT’s assessment metrics and other state metrics [(Measures of Academic Progress – English, SBAC – 11th grade, Redesignation Rates, mutually developed rubric score/s, student attendance, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) data)]. The DISTRICT and PARTNER will also engage in annual review of program content to ensure standards alignment that comply with DISTRICT approved coursework. The PARTNER will provide their impact data based upon these metrics.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in production and operations support.
