WORKFORCE ISSUES. The Employer retains the right to determine the number of employees required at any place from time to time for any of its operations. Employer retains the right to determine the jobs, content of jobs, and to modify, combine or end any job, department or operation; to hire, classify, transfer, promote, demote and lay off employees; to determine employee qualifications, evaluate performance and assign and direct the workforce; to maintain order and discipline; and to reprimand, suspend, discharge and otherwise discipline for just cause.
