Workers Comp. 10 Any employee covered by Workmen's Compensation and State Industrial Insurance will, upon loss of 11 time due to a job-related injury or illness, be paid leave in the amount of the difference between his/her 12 regular pay and compensation received. The full amount of leave will be paid for the first three (3) 13 days. Should an employee later receive compensation for the first three (3) days of absence, the 14 amount paid to the employee will be credited to the District from monies due the employee in the next 15 payroll period. That portion of leave paid, as determined by the ratio of regular leave and State 16 Industrial Compensation, will be charged against the employee's accrued leave.
Workers Comp. During the period of time when a teacher is collecting benefits provided by the Illinois Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Disease Act, the district will pay the employee an amount equal to the difference between the employee’s regular net pay (including stipends) and the amount the employee is receiving from workers’ comp.
Workers Comp. Workers’ Compensation benefits through the City will not be received for illnesses or injuries resulting from outside employment.
Workers Comp. 19 In the event employees are absent for reasons which are covered by industrial insurance, the 20 District shall pay the employee an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid the 21 employee by the Department of Labor and Industries and the amount the employee would 22 normally earn, to the extent of his/her accumulated sick leave. A deduction shall be made from 23 the employee's accumulated sick leave in accordance with the amount paid to the employee by 24 the District.
Workers Comp. Race shall carry worker’s compensation coverage as required by law, including employer’s liability coverage, with a limit of not less than $1,000,000.00. Such insurance shall include a waiver by Race’s insurer of any right of subrogation in favor of RSFA.

I authorize AFP, P.A. to release information to a credit bureau and/or collection agency. In the event of nonpayment or default, I am responsible for all cost and reasonable collection fees.
