Work Week Deviations. By mutual agreement between the Employer, Union and employee, a work week of four (4) ten (10) hour days may be worked. This arrangement can be withdrawn by either the Employer or the employee with thirty (30) days notice. A shorter notification period is acceptable if both parties are amenable to an earlier conversion of the previous arrangement.
