WORK VISA. Foreign employees or service providers under the direct or indirect responsibility of the Supplier may only perform services on the premises of MBBras with a regular work visa, the obtaining of which is the sole responsibility of the Supplier.

Upon receipt of any required information and documentation from the Executive, Celestica, CILP or CLLC or any one of them, shall and at its or their expense, make all necessary arrangements with respect to the application for such approvals and permits as are required for the Executive to work in Canada.

The Company will sponsor you for an appropriate visa and will pay all legal and filing fees and reimburse you for your out-of-pocket expenses associated with the application, issuance and renewal of such visa.
