Work to Proceed. While the alternate dispute resolution or judicial action is pending, the Contractor shall proceed with the Work and maintain progress in accordance with the requirements of the Contract, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.
Work to Proceed. During the course of the above dispute resolution process, Owner and Contractor shall continue to perform all duties to which they are obligated under this agreement.
