WORK STATEMENT. The description of Services or Deliverables to be provided under the Agreement, which may contain Specifications, schedules, milestones, payments or any other terms and conditions as mutually agreed to by the parties. Work Statements issued hereunder will be incorporated into and subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
