Work Standards. The General Manager and the Deputy General Manager shall perform to the highest industry standards and efficiency, and shall observe mining and other relevant industry practice, and observe the laws of PRC. Where the General Manager or the Deputy General Manager are grossly negligent or engaged in malpractice, they may be dismissed and replaced by resolutions of the Board of Directors' meetings.
