Work Reports and Data Collection Clause Samples
The "Work Reports and Data Collection" clause requires parties to regularly document and submit information about the progress and results of their work. Typically, this involves providing periodic reports, logs, or data sets that detail activities performed, milestones achieved, or resources used during the course of a project or service. By mandating systematic reporting and data sharing, this clause ensures transparency, enables effective monitoring, and facilitates informed decision-making throughout the engagement.
Work Reports and Data Collection. DB Contractor shall furnish TxDOT completed daily work reports for each day’s Maintenance Services that is to be paid for on a Force Account basis. The daily Force Account Maintenance Services reports shall be detailed as follows:
(a) name, classification, date, daily hours, total hours, rate, and extension for each worker (including both construction and non-construction personnel) for whom reimbursement is requested;
(b) designation, dates, daily hours, total hours, rental rate, and extension for each unit of machinery and equipment;
(c) quantities of materials, prices, and extensions; and
(d) transportation of materials. The reports shall also state the total costs to date for the Force Account Change Order work.
