The 'Work reports' clause requires one party, typically a contractor or service provider, to regularly submit detailed accounts of the work performed to the other party. Work reports. An electrician shall, if so requested, submit work reports signed by a buyer or his representative, provided that such persons are present at the end of the working day. If such persons are not present, the report is to be signed by an employer or floor manager. All work reports are to be prepared in duplicate, and the electrician shall keep a copy.
