Common use of WORK PRODUCT/PRE-EXISTING WORK PRODUCT OF CONTRACTOR Clause in Contracts

WORK PRODUCT/PRE-EXISTING WORK PRODUCT OF CONTRACTOR. The County of Marin shall be entitled to use any and all work product resulting from this Contract, and Contractor hereby grants County an irrevocable, non-exclusive and royalty-free license to use, copy, publish, reproduce, and make derivative use of the same.
